Job Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager at Prince Of India, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing budgets and maintaining financial records while coordinating with delivery companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborating with chefs to plan and update menus.
- Promoting special offers and regularly updating the website.
- Handling customer complaints effectively to maintain high service standards.
- Overseeing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating both permanent and temporary staff.
- Organising staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Enforcing strict compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing administrative records and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
English Language Requirement:
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to at least B1 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
