Job Responsibilities:

As an Operations Manager at Prince Of India, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing budgets and maintaining financial records while coordinating with delivery companies to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Collaborating with chefs to plan and update menus.
  • Promoting special offers and regularly updating the website.
  • Handling customer complaints effectively to maintain high service standards.
  • Overseeing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating both permanent and temporary staff.
  • Organising staff rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Enforcing strict compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitoring food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative records and ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  • Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.

English Language Requirement:

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to at least B1 level on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale.
